Question:
Answer:

What if I show COVID symptoms, or test positive for COVID while I am in Miami Beach or on the Alaska Cruise?
Miami Beach
If you feel sick or show symptoms, you should remain in your room and call the front desk, concierge, or the hotel doctor. They will advise next steps.

Alaska Cruise
If you feel sick or show symptoms while on the cruise ship, please return to your cabin immediately and contact the ship doctor. They will be able to administer a COVID test and provide next steps. Question:
Answer:

Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included with your package but is strongly recommended. A travel insurance policy can cover trip interruption and costs associated with missed connections, delays, and interruptions if not weather related. It can also cover luggage loss/damage/delay, and medical expenses including transportation and emergency evacuation.

General Travel FAQs:

Question:
Answer:
When will I know my flight itinerary?
Travel One will begin issuing airline tickets in October. They will reach out to you via email with your flights. You will have until 3:00 pm Central Time the following business day to respond with questions or changes, otherwise your flights will be ticketed. Any changes after ticketing may result in additional costs.

Remember to check your spam or junk folders for these emails. We recommend adding incentives@traveloneinc.com and macarthur@traveloneinc.com to your 'safe senders' list within your email so that you don't miss this email, or any other important travel information.

Question:
Answer:
Will I have seat assignments on my flights?
We will do our best to secure seat assignments based on your requests, however, many carriers hold seats for airport check-in or reserve premium/preferred seating for an extra cost. Early check-in is your best course of action to try to obtain a more desirable seat if one is available at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by airline restrictions.

If you are ticketed on a group block of flights, your itinerary may arrive in your inbox without seat assignments listed or without you and your traveling companion sitting together. Rest assured that the air team is working on assigning seats with the airline, which happens after ticketing.

Question:
Answer:
What if my ticket was issued with the wrong name or I need to send someone else in my place?
Any change to the name on an airline ticket will be by request only and subject to the airline's rules and restrictions. If a name change or correction is allowed, you may be responsible for additional costs such as airline administration fees, fare difference of the new ticket cost, and a Travel One service fee.

Question:
Answer:
How many bags can I check or carry-on with me?
Since luggage allowances are different for each airline and can change without notice, you will need to check the airline's website for up-to-date information.
