There is nothing more important than your safety. Period.

Although the pandemic may seem to be lessening, vigilance and adherence to guidelines remain very important. The situation will continue to change as we move closer to travel next spring. Travel One and our suppliers are committed to providing safe environments to ensure an enjoyable vacation. The best way to assess the protocols in place is to review them directly. Many of the processes satisfy requirements and surpass guidelines set forth by medical health officials and authorities.

Travel One will endeavour to communicate via email with all registered customers when new information is known about your trip destination. With policies and procedures changing almost daily, we recommend that you frequently check back to this site for updated information from the suppliers and sources below. Make sure that you have added incentives@traveloneinc.com and macarthur@traveloneinc.com to your 'safe senders' list within your email so that these important emails do not fall into your junk/spam folders.

What if COVID causes cancellation or postponement of this trip?

This possibility depends on the situation that causes the cancellation or postponement. It is possible you will retain some or all of the value of your flight and a portion of the value of your hotel or cruise accommodations, but neither is guaranteed. Contact Travel One at incentives@traveloneinc.com to learn the possibilities for your situation.

Travelers that personally purchase upgrades or additions will be refunded if possible. If such a purchase is non-refundable, travelers will be informed prior to making the purchase.
